Customise the theme, user earnings tab

I have few questions.

1. How can i change home page background image ?
2. how can i edit footer and header ?
3. I want to add earning tab in user panel. Please help me or tell me how can i add.

I've changed your subject to be more relevant. Please don't use "Urgent, please read" as a subject, it's not urgent and doesn't describe the thread.

>>> They are in \themes\flow\frontend_assets\images\home\

>>> The header and footer are in \themes\flow\templates\partial\

Yes, i've purchased the reward plugin.

I mean it is showing reward link in the home page. but not in the user panel.

I want to add one new tab in user panel.
Please tell me how to do it.

It shows it at the top of the page in the users logged in area. If you're isn't please add a screenshot to this thread.
