concurrent downloads

Whenever users download a file in IDM, concurrent downloads consumes fully, i have set it on 4 concurrent, but due to that user can only download one file in one time. I want one concurrent download in IDM too.

yes there are problems with concurrent downloads. I hope the correct setup guide will be fixed soon.
