Chunk file permissions error?

Solved it but only temporarily... for some reason its tring to create a tmp folder in my home directory rather than the actual files directory????

I get a similar error after migrating to a new hostingserver. It still tries to store chunked files on the previous hostingserver. The new server does contain a files folder with the correct permissions. Any idea what I can do to have it pont to the new server?
