Hi,

The ticketing system was previously linked to our old forum however it no longer authenticates now we've updated to XenForo. (we're working on it).

You can still raise support requests as a guest though for now. Do this here:

@nikhilkade The login to the support system should now be functional. It'll be the same login you use for these forums.
