I'm sorry I'm using a translator :)

I have some problems with version 4.1

1. after upgrade to version 4.1 from version 4.0.1, all files become my users files private.

2. You can not change files permissions from private to public.

3. You can not change the permissions of a folder option (Share Folder)

I found no more because I had to go back to version 4.0.1 because it was the production side

Anticipating the questions, all files were changed with version 4.1 in addition to files folder and the upgraded database is 4.1. Regards and waiting for the solution of the problem.

also it seems to me that we have to pause because such FAULTS, should not go any production version because the error found after 3 minutes, so I do not know how people have tested beta versions: /

I tested the upgrade on my test server, i updated it from 4.0.1 to 4.1 and my files are working fine, they are not private and i am able to switch between public and private folders and can change permissions.. Not sure, maybe you are the only one having that issue..

The only issue i found so far is with paypal plugin (which i have created a support request for) but other than that, 4.1 is working fine for me actually.. I have not updated my live website, i am just testing it still. hopefully will upgrade my site in a week or so...

okay maybe if your files are in a specific folder and that folder is set to private ?? that's the only thing i can see.
I know that when you create a new folder, it si set as private by default so you have to use the dropdown (its at the bottom of that create new folder window) to make it public instead of private..
