Blank site setting page

I have problem with site setting page. There are nothing to setting but another page is ok..

Have you got anything in your 'site_config' table in the database?

Yes..i already add site url without http://, database, username and password.
Can you tell me what is missing?!

Ok, but look in your MySQL database using phpMyAdmin. Open the site_config table. Do you see any data?

yes, there are datas on the table.

Ok, what is the url? If you've changed the login username/password for admin, can you send me it on email?

It looks like some files may be missing from your install as the admin area is producing javascript errors.

Can you re-upload the entire admin folder, ensuring all files get uploaded.
