Big Problem With Paid User

This is the second time it happened. Free user upgraded to premium by Skrill (see image: http://imgupload.sk/viewer.php?file=89yr1de1dtb75djazgtb.jpg ). But script not upgraded him (see image: http://imgupload.sk/viewer.php?file=w5zsrjc8akh3q3eawxgv.jpg ).

ok please check the Database also the Logs. From the payment in the main time has you a difference between price sell and price received.

Can that be happend ?

So i received 6.07 EUR to my Skrill account and price for 7 days extension is 7.99 USD.

7.99 US Dollar equals 6.23 Euro minus the skrill fee's = €6.07

Maybe problem is on Skrill side? Because i also not received confirmation email about income from skrill as usual.

Not really, its a wrong implementation.. and a api problem.

Adam can you please implement manual Intervention ? in all payment modules ? emails confirmation from the ipn listener that if get was wrong the admin receive van email?
