Banned IP doesent Work

has everyone the self issue. That Banning for a IP Adresse for uploading doest work?

Are you able to provide logs for this one?? Do they have a dynamic IP or are they using a proxy/vpn?

maybe i have Banned the IP Adress self but its possible to upload from this ip as well.. So that the Banning really doesnt work.

This is a known bug (re. banned IP for uploading) and is fixed for the next release due in a few weeks.

I was just about to report not working ban fuctions. Though since I'm unable to upgrade (too many customizations) I need to apply manual fix. Could you please provide some instructions?
