any thoughts on adding API to the next version e.g so apps can upload to the script using API?

there seems to be some sort of API in /class.api.php its calls for /api/index.php but the files do not exist

did the api not work so it was removed?

Have a look at uploadApiHandler.php

There's a basic uploader API in uploadApiHandler.php as ysmods pointed out but no ability to manage/delete the files. A full API class is on the list of todos but it wont appear in the next release unfortunately.

for my project i need full Api so il be adding more my self so when its done il send it over for you guys to use if you want
