It would be really good if users could have an option to lock their account so their password or the email address and etc couldn't be changed except they verify that by an email (so they would get and email and when they click on the link it would either unlock the account so they can make changes or just for the change that they made to take effect), this would stop an account being stolen if they manage to get access to it
