Hello. I have a question. The files in the folder can be deleted _temp ?

It's used for when files are uploaded or the remote url feature is used. If a user cancels the upload you may be left with chunks of the file in this folder. There is an automated process that clears them after a period of time though.

You could also manually clear anything older than say 1 day if you wanted.
