2.1 Script doesn't install

I bought the font 2.1 script yesterday but it doesn't install. Support has not got back to me since yesterday. This is what i did.
Extracted the files and uploaded to the server
created a database, set a user and imported the fonts.sql to it
adjusted the _config.inc file with database details

After doing the above, the site is blank and in the error log i get the following error:

PHP Warning: require(website.com/includes/class.pdo.php) [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in website.com/includes/functions.inc.php on line 670

If i am reading it right, the script is missing the class.pdo.php file.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
