Would like to know why there isn't any information about skins used for the video player, i.e. what files to edit to replace the skin with one of the other two or install a new one. Any help on this would be nice, as we are not all code writers.

I found a .htaccess file inside the converter folder with deny access to all by removing it and replacing it with a blank index.php file I now have access to all video images without any issue of them showing, so that's a fix for now.

I've now found that once you have reloaded the page the image is gone, sometime it will show and sometimes not why is it doing that?

Fixed issue by removing plugin and reinstalling works now :D

No not happy it killed my site and my server, the website now looks like it has no tempates just text and the converter is still running converting what I don't, no I removed and deleted all files and temp files to. So it should all be clean also I have this Fatal error: Class 'Auth' not found...

Ok it worked on one video, I upload 6 one flv and 5 mp4, after a day and half its still running the first convertion now thats not right and it will not stop. I'm now doing a reboot of the server and deleting the videos. :|
