The issue with zipitshare1707 plugin install has been resolved. For anyone else that has a similar problem, it was as a result of the permissions on the plugins folder contents. It looks like on some servers this needs to be 755. Updating the folder and all files to 755 fixed it. Regards, Adam.

If you search for the IP 204.45.55.28 on http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check it shows it as blacklisted. You can also see it on http://www.blacklistmaster.com. Your host should know how to use these tools... :)
