Thanks for reporting this, we're also seeing it in FireFox. It's standard behaviour in a browser but clearly we want to block it in place of the select file functionality. For now just ctrl clicking on the file name will not cause the new page. I'll look for a fix before we leave beta.

We are seeing something similar, can you confirm if yours is the same? The speed limit is working however there seems to be an issue with the limitation on the amount of connections. So if the speed limit is 50KB and there's 10 download slots, it'll download at 500KB. Can you confirm? (or...

Copy of email sent: Your post_max_size in php.ini is set to 0M. This needs to be more than 5M to allow the uploads. Ideally 2000M.

Does it work if you add the filename on the end? Test by changing 'file_url_show_filename' to 'yes' in admin, site config.
