Do you have mod rewrite enabled on your web host and the .htaccess file in the root of the script install?

This is because of permissions on the plugins folder. You may have it set to 777 and your host only allows 755. Ensure you CHMOD the folder /plugin/ to 755 and it should fix it.

Have a look for any logs on the /logs/ folder but also on your server error logs. It could be Apache restricting the upload size.

Hi, What file size does it stop on? If less than 5mb you'll need to increase your max upload settings in php.ini. Also check the folder /files/_tmp exists with write permissions. Regards, Adam.

Try disabling the account sharing option in the admin area, site settings. It can sometimes cause issues with logins depending on server setup.

Yes you need to upload the script. MySQL is not needed on the server, just point your config to your main database.

How many zip files are in /storage/archives/? Are there any errors in your server logs?

Please try the latest release of this plugin, I've fixed this issue. Just reupload pluginFtpupload.class.php to your server to patch. You may also need to remove any failed ftp accounts from your database in the plugin_ftp_account table.

Try setting "Block paid account sharing" to "no" to see if that helps. It sometimes (rarely!) causes random logout issues depending on the server config.

Are you sure you've not run out of disk space on the hosting account? If you have it would stop new previews from being generated.
