The php startup error relates to your php setup. Try commenting out zip.so from your php.ini. If you install mcrypt it will fix the second issue.

xsendfile is only used for downloading, not uploading. Is that what you mean? What is you disable the module, does downloading work?

I've just fixed this in the recent download. Re-download and upload the upgrade.html file in themes/flow/templates/

It'll be in the _tmp folder in files. It's not an issue as it's regularly cleaned up automatically.

It's used to send the downloads via PHP. The next version of the script (due any day!) will provide the option to bypass PHP and use XFileAccel on NGINX or X-Sendfile on Apache. This will clear the issue.

Sometimes hosts block the js cookie file as they think it's a security problem. Your host will be able to unblock it. Or ask them to disable mod security and it should work.

Please check for missing javascript files, this is normally the issue. You can use Firebug in Firefox to see what errors there are via the console.

Sorry there's no time left for new features in the v4.0 release. You can request it in the RFCs and it'll be reviewed for the release after.

This is fixed in our current dev copy for the final release. It's an issue when checking for the .htaccess on the remote file server.

It works fine for me on both dev and demo site. Please check your translated text as this is likely the cause.
