can you put the username next to the IP column in the active downloads section? if it's a someone that isn't signed up it should just say anonymous. if it's a free or premium it should have their username. i have a feeling people are sharing their accounts and this would be an easy way to spot...

suspending accounts that have too many IPs login to the same account in an X amount of time

some kind of bandwidth/speed tools so we can see current total speed. This would help to figure out if we need to upgrade the connection speed on our servers.

i just thought of another method. if an account gets logged into within a certain amount of time, it automatically suspends the account.

is there a way to tie an account to the IP they sign up with? or maybe see the list of IPs they sign in from or other methods im not familiar with. I'm worried about 1 person sharing their login/pass and i wouldn't have a clue.

I find it odd actually. Shouldn't there be the list of prices and you can click the package you want and go straight into a premium account. currently you have to be a free registered user to even see the price list. You should be able to go from non-registered user straight to a premium...
