I often get users complaining that their files are not appearing in their account. This is because their session sometimes expires whilst they are uploading. Is there anyway we can have the sessions work off inactivity? E.G 1 hour of inactivity will log them out but it will not log out whilst...

Go into phpMyAdmin and repair the download tracker table, this often crashes if the mysql server is not shut down properly.

Image viewer also has the same issue.

Try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost for the db host

You need to increase memory limit in php.ini

We solved the issue by switching to direct uploads.

I currently have the same issue however i do have the folder "/files" Adam is taking a look today, if he manages to fix i will let you know what the problem is

Re: Debug large uploads failing and 'error: true' problems. Been through everying, even changed to plesk and still get Error: File returned zero size with anything over 2GB :(
