torrent instructions for centos

hi, can you update config for centos servers.

when running the last command, this error appears:

utserver: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

That means that libssl is not installed

try

yum install openssl

same question. is there any manual? since the last code is error when i try to put that in the terminal.
