Theme Changer

Depends what you mean by 'theme changer'? Do you mean something like a drop-down so users can switch the themes available?

I think he means that it automatically detects the "theme folders" in the /themes/ directory and populates the drop down theme selector, then the user can choose the theme from the list. Without having to mess about adding a new theme directly into the database
