Technical servers question

Hello ,

i have my website hosted on a shared server , www.mywebsite.com , i want to add extra server to upload files on a dedicated server on another host ,lets say it will be www.mywebsite2.net ,

Now how can i make files uploaded from www.mywebsite.com be stored on www.mywebsite2.net ?

I noticed in ADD FILE SERVER there is 3 options

- LOCAL

- REMOTE

- FTP

what should i choose ?

You need to use the remote option

I'd recommend to use a subdomain for your dedicated server to avoid document.root, etc.. issues.

you mean for example is my dedicate server is www.mywebsite2.net i make a subdomian server1.mywebsite2.net and this i use as the new storage ?

Does this means i must upload the yetishare script to the new server ? i mean by yetishare script the hall script or just some files ?

What am doing wrong ?

I uploaded all the script to the new server , i added the password to _config.inc.php

i set all permissions to : 755

But am still getting this error :

did you upload the htaccess file as well to the new server?? Also you want to check the sitepath on the new server, it could possibly be "public_html/". Try that and see if it works..
i have been trying the FTP option but hasnt worked for me so far. goodluck to you..

I updates the .htaccess file and still same error .
