Stats doesnt work

I see in the admin panel on active download there are about 500. This 500 active download already happened for 5 hours. But in the manage files page i see the files only downloaded just a little, 0 - 20 downloaded times. Does this is odd? About 500 active download persistent for 5 hours, but files stats only downloaded for 0 - 20 times ?

i am facing the same issue. i start downloading a 2GB file at speed around 400KB/s. when download goes around 150mb, it disappears from active downloads. while browser is still downloading file and after completing download of 2GB when i see file stats in admin panel its 0.
support please help to fix this issue.

i tried in plesk 11.5.30 changed fastcgi to apache mod_php but stats not working propery. there is no error in log files.
