Hello, I can not configure the version sql statements
v1.03 - v1.04.sql
v1.06 - v2.0.sql
v2.01 - v2.01.sql

Hi,

I´ve just replicated what you mention and I can inform you that you just need to run the latest SQL statement..... in your case "V2.01 - V2.01.sql"

The other statements are basically for people whom are upgrading from previous versions from what I can see.....
