RESOLVED v3.5: Update jquery

Please update jquery to 1.11
1.9.1 has an bug that has been fixed, also can you minify it?
The bug it gives off in the development console of chrome is
"event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead."
