How do i make my site URL maker for registered users only? Spambots are abusing my website URL maker and i need to put a stop to it immediately. I could not find this option. Where is it? Thank you.

There isn't an option however you can enable a captcha on creation. Look for this in admin, site settings:

"Disable or enable captcha confirmation on short url creation"
