Problem with generate download link

Hi

we are send this request from support team and don't respond for solve the problem

when we are generate download link request to long time between 5 - 10 seconds

generate download link for main server and localhost is 0 seconds the problem has been external server we generating download link long time between 5 - 10 seconds

the all server is powerful and we are optimaz everting and disabled firewall

if any people can solve this problem please help me

where's your database hosted ? on localhost ? it sounds like slow connection or high latency between your external server and database server. I have multiple servers (more than 5) and mine works fine.. Maybe setup a server just for core script and database and dont host any files on it. it would work alot better and fast.

my main server is usa and external server from france

main server and sql server in one dedicated

core and database is working fine

when generate link it's problem !

we are problem with script and support don't answer us ! :|

yes i understand your core and database is working fine but what i am trying to say is that there is some latency between servers in US and france so the connection between them 2 is slower which is why when a file finishes uploading, it takes couple seconds to get confirmation and file URL. If both the servers were in same location, it would be much faster.

ok then i am not sure bud, create a ticket for the admin.. i had a 2 second delay when i used server in netherlands n canada but now that i am using server in canada and US, i no longer, have any delay which is why i thought that is the issue. but since it worked for you before with another script, hopefully the admin can resolve your issue....
