Problem in Site Settings

Hello.
I've purchased the script today.
But I encountered a strange problem
When I try to go to the site settings does not show the settings.
Also when I want to control users, for example, does not appear the users.
What is the problem.

Hi,

These are done via ajax so it sounds like there's an issue maybe within the domain your accessing it on compared with the domain in the _config.inc.php file. If you access it via the non-www but have www. in the _config.inc.php file, it wont work. Could you check what url is set at the top of your _config.inc.php file and you're using the same for the admin area.
