Non logged user are unable to upload

Dears ,

I use the Blue_v2 them , but the uploader does not show to non-account users even though the option is ticked ( Allow non-logged users to upload ) .
I even tried to remove the checking condition from code , but still does not work ! I am frustrated !

I moved from flow to blue because it is simpler and it is more convenient to place ads on site when using that them.

Any suggestions please ?

i think there is no support or update for blue theme anymore so you will need to move over to flow theme or upgrade the blue theme yourself.....
