NEW INSTALLATION v3.5.3 problem paypal

hello, I did a new install with the script 3.5.3 and paypal plugins have a problem, if I click in http://mydomain/plugins/paypal/admin/settings.php?id=1
or click extend account in paypal for payment : mydomain/ plugins / paypal / site / _pay.php
page goes blank!

Plugin paypal in siteadmin is installed.
some solution.

This will be permissions related. Ensure the plugins/ folder has chmod 755, not 777.

If that doesn't work, try setting the plugins/paypal/ folder and any contents to chmod 755.
