Implementing an entirely new design?

Hi I am new here :idea:

I need someone willing and capable of implementing a new design. I will make the design myself and then I need someone to implement it on the server. Is this even possible? I am talking about a complete overhaul from a design perspective (new layout, icons etc), but the functionality would of course remain the same.

The design is not yet ready, but let me know if someone is interested.

I think the best thing you can do is put up images of what here, then people can reply or PM you with quotes of how much it would cost to do.
