Hi I applied the upgrade to the image viewer plugin after doing the main script upgrade.

After doing the upgrade the image viewer will no longer show the image in all browsers.

I do not want to uninstall the plugin encase I lose all the codes we use for thumbnail on our site before the upgrade as they are all still working.

There was no upgrade in the database to add on the image viewer plugin.

Script version (3.5)

Any ideas.

Are you getting any errors in the logs/ folder?

Also, if you right click the failed image and click 'inspect' in firefox or chrome, you should see the image path. Load this directly in a new browser tab to see if there's any errors output.

Nothing in the log folders only a system txt file no error logs.

On inspecting the element for the above image

<img src="http://filehost.mydomain.com/plugins/imageviewer/site/show_image.php?idt=ac426aefd6f89ea9d6f84c3c16b3d12e&f=2583">

Which is failing to load image.

All was working before the upgrade.

Just confirming... you did the 3.5 plugin aswell as the 3.5 core?

If so, send me temp access to the site via the contact form above and I'll take a look for you. I'll need script admin and FTP access to debug it.

Yep both were upgraded core first then image viewer, even though still reporting 3.3 at the bottom of the admin page.

Will send you admin access

Thanks, I'll take a look. You need to also update the version number manually in _config.inc.php and it'll show correctly in the admin area.

Info sent adam,

Thanks.
It should be fixed now. It was failing the check for the download token. It's improved in the next beta release so I've fixed it with that code. I'd recommend upgrading when it comes out of beta later this week.

Also drag and drop of files not working let alone batch drag and drop, not good.
Drag and drop still works fine. It must be an issue with the upgrade process. What's your site url?

Can you send me an account login to test? It's working on our demo so I imagine there's probably something missing on upgrade.
