Ok thanks and how do i chnage the header where its says "creat short url - short url site"

You can edit the title in the translations of your current language, or you can (not recommended) hardcode it in _header.php file. Look for "create short url" somewhere in title tags and replace with your wanted title.

Note: This removes the "dynamic" part of updating it from Admin Panel. I recommend using the language tip.
