How to add 'Please disable your ablock' to download page?

I want to add a feature where, if the user has adblock enabled, the page will display a message that says 'Please disable your ablock' and they can only browse the page if they disable their ablock. I would like to put this on the video stream page and the download page

Not necessary as it's easily done with jQuery
