FTP slow - I have solution

Dear Admins,

You can keep the file in quarantine until he is sent by FTP? If any user tries to download the file before sending it via FTP should receive a message "File in processing, please wait". Because sending via FTP is slow and the visitor closes the browser crashing or believing that this problem with (large files).

My suggestion is to keep the file in a temporary folder and then make a crontab to send via FTP and mark the file as available.

Is this possible?

Not without some major rework unfortunately. It would also mean the file isn't actually available for download after the url is given.

On a future release we'd like to get a message on screen while the file is being transferred via ftp, so this may better inform the user.
