Hello,

I would like to requet a flag file button which includes a submenu that allows to flag files that are:
1. corrupt
2. illegal
3. copyrighted
4. abusive

this would automatically trigger a backend notification that enables the siteadmin to check the file and possibly send a message to the uploader
