[FIXED] Mcypt functions not found within PHP

Hi ive upgraded from 3.4 to 4.0 and now i cannot login and get this error message

Mcypt functions not found within PHP, please ask support to install and try again.

Any Ideas anyone thanks

Just to let cPanel users know, if you run easyapache you can install it with a click rather than ssh if you're not comfortable with ssh.
