File Extension Issue

Hello,

I'm losing many uploaders every day because there is a kind of issue in some of the uploaded files extensions, please see these images:

As you know uploaders can not edit their file extensions thorough their account file mangers.
It will be appreciated if anybody helps me to fix that.

same problem! remote upload not recognize URL with params, it work only for url have file extension at the end, so request remote upload get real file from URL with params redirect to
