ERROR upload from the computer

Hello! tell please in what there can be a reason I normally loaded files from the computer and then began to write: "ERROR: There was a server problem when attempting the upload, please try again later."
as I can learn in what a problem and what I should make to solve this problem?

Check your system logs from admin while and after uploading a file.
Check your error_log file.
