Download stopped working

Suddenly download doesn't start on my site.
Earlier all works perfect.

I would suggest searching through the server error_logs to see if there's any issues that might be causing it.

I also created this thread as it was a different issue to the one that you originally posted in.

Oops ...

Server logs aren't available since I'm using ServInt Jelastic cloud platform for hosting.
I'll try contacting them to check if they can provide me with server log files.

Update:

Checked with the server management crew. Also checked the server log files. There seems to be no errors.

Any ideas as to which config/ php file is responsible for this error to occur .. ?
