countodown Reset and start counting again

Most free members are having the same problem


Most of the time after the 60 seconds countdown ends and they press download / view the 60 sec countdown starts counting again , what is the solution for this ?

Also i have set that REGISTRED members can download 3 files at the same time and when they do that when the count down of the files is done and they press download the countdown start all over again .

i Also noticed that i have set non registred users to download 5 files / 24 hrs , some users are downloading even 15 files /24hrs

this is realy messed up what is the solution ?
