Could not create stream...

Hi, I need your help. Just installed the script, i added an ftp server.
I get alway the error "Error: Could not create stream to download file on ***.**.***.**"
I searched a bit and found that this is the line with the function stream_socket_pair.
I thought it had maybe smth to do with the php version, updated this one, but no changes.
I'm using a 64bit Windows Server with PHP 5.6.x
Uploading works fine...

Just talked to the support of my webspace hoster, stream_socket_pair disabled..... anyone knows another good hoster for this script?

I got same problem with external Windows server.
When adding external server, choose Ftp Server Type: Linux (for most). Do NOT choose Windows

Or i guess other choice is to rent a VPS or dedicated server where you have full control...
