conjob not working! failed connect database?

Hi,
i get error in cron.log when run cron:

Failed connecting to the database with the supplied connection details. Please check the details are correct and your MySQL user has permissions to access this database.<br/><br/>(host: localhost, user: *****, pass: ********)

I think this is permissions problem, because the site current runnning so it can't wrong user and pass
Any help?
