Can't add file server

Hi, I bought this script and tried to add new fileserver. I followed all the steps for adding file server. when tested file server, has got message " No errors found using file server ...".

But problem is I can't upload any single jpg file, getting error message " ERROR: There was a server problem when attempting the upload, please try again later."

Could anyone help me with this?

Hi,

Want to know either you use CPANEL or Plesk, the linux distribution is different for both.
I think the file server works only for CPANEL Server like the FTP Plugin for Yetishare that works only for CPANEL/WHM server.
What's is your Linux OS Server (centOS, Fedora, RedHat,...) ?

My both servers are dedicated servers centos 6 whm/cpanel, one in canada, and other one in Netherlands. The file server I want to connect is in Canada, where another website is running with Xfileshare Pro script.

Any help please..

It should work fine on non-cPanel servers, only the FTP plugin requires cPanel.

Can you send me temp access to the servers and some script admin login details and I'll take a look? You can send it via the contact form above.
