Can not create short url

Hi,
i am a new customer. i ve just installed the script.
site comes but when i try to compress a url web page goes to index.html file. but script has no html file.
do wee need to add a comman to .htaccess file..

Are you still having problems? I've just tested the site and it seems to look ok now.
