An error occurred during download in IDM

I try to upload one file to host then downloaded by a accounts often are shown below:

Then I continued to log into an account is vip download time it appears the message "An error occurred during download. Please try again." as shown below

I'm using the latest IDM, this is due to my server, please show me how to fix it

If I may answer this, That is a setting in the admin settings. Goto your Admin panel and chose Configuration, Site settings, You should see settings for Free user settings The maximum concurrent downloads a non/free user can do



Change the limit to how ever many requests for the file they can make. I would set it to 4

Sorry when replying above I hit save b4 I could finish. The last error I have not seen and have not encountered before. Make sure you have entered your Premium user name in the site settings for IDM
