All my links are (.html) and not (.php)

I've set up a test website here - http://acecodes.com/priv/

Now, every time I click a link or upload a file, I encounter a 404 not found error. Now this is fixed when you manually type in (.php) extension. This is really annoying and i've never encountered a bug like this. Please explain how to fix this. Thanks.

Its not a bug, its for users to choose between using the .php or .html file extension.

Search for page_extension (Whether to use html or php front-end page extensions) in the site configuration
