can you put the username next to the IP column in the active downloads section?
if it's a someone that isn't signed up it should just say anonymous. if it's a free or premium it should have their username.
i have a feeling people are sharing their accounts and this would be an easy way to spot it.
same user name, multiple different ips. suspend account
