flow theme

Hello, I am trying to remove this part (https://prnt.sc/ea84w0) from Flow Theme but it gives an error. I have removed the following section but cannot. Other parts can be removed by deleting sections but this one cannot. Somebody please advise me how can I remove this section? Thanks...
