    Upload limit issue

    my script is hosted on a shared server my TMP Folder Size is (2.75 GB). This i cannot change Now I see that my max upload limit on website is 2MB, though i set it to 500 MB for FREE User & 1GB for PAID User. How do i fix this issue?
